A well-established family run business, Arquero has been managing a portfolio of commercial and residential properties across the UK for over a decade. Our philosophy has always been to offer clients a personal and professional property management service that caters for their needs.
With Arquero you won’t feel your property is being managed by a faceless corporation, we really get to know our clients, and where appropriate their tenants. Carrying out site visits and working proactively so you receive an altogether smoother management service.
Myra Davies – Managing Director
Myra began her career in property in 1989 but has focused on property management since 1995. She started Arquero Management in January 2009.
Myra studied Estate Management at Reading University from 2009-2013, whilst running the company, a home and her family. Myra gained a Certificate in Higher Education in Science and then achieved a First Class Honours Bachelor of Science. In August 2019, Myra qualified as an Associate of RICS.
Over the last 12 years, Myra has built a team of commercial property and leasehold management specialists who now manage a range of properties for clients; from light industrial estates and shopping parades to residential developments, right across the UK.
Myra is married with two adult children and a granddaughter. Myra, her daughter and granddaughter take part in fundraising events – particularly raising funds for Cancer Research UK and Macmillan Caring Locally. Myra faced one of her biggest fears when she abseiled Spinnaker Tower in Portsmouth for Macmillan Caring Locally.
Daryll Davies – Property Manager
Daryll has been part of the Arquero team since July 2009.
Daryll studied as a Surveying Technician at Reading University from 2016-2018 whilst working full-time at Arquero and raising his daughter. In December 2018, Daryll achieved distinction in his diploma and qualified as an Associate of RICS.
Over the last decade, Daryll has worked his way up through the company and now focuses on repairs, maintenance and site inspections for each of our properties.
Daryll is a single-parent to his young daughter and enjoys cooking with her. He is an avid amateur photographer who has been featured on BBC News.
Megan Davies – Credit Control
Megan has been part of the Arquero team since July 2019.
Megan attended Plymouth University between 2015-2018 where she gained a Bachelor of Arts with Honours. She then followed this with a year of study at Brighton University where she obtained a PGCE.
Megan deals with business marketing to help grow our portfolios. She also deals with day-to-day credit control and purchase invoice enquiries plus assists our Managing Director.
Megan enjoys scrapbooking, baking, travelling and escape rooms. Megan is currently hosting a number of charity events to raise money for Naomi House and Jacksplace.
Amber Colston – Property Assistant
Amber first joined the Arquero Team in October 2016.
After taking a few months out in 2020, Amber re-joined the team in October 2020. Amber has developed her knowledge over the years and now runs her own property management accounts, setting budgets, placing maintenance works and dealing with insurance claims.
Amber enjoys art, exercise and spending time with her family.
Christine Collins – Accounts Property Manager
Christine has over 30 years of business support experience in customer service & accounts management across a number of sectors including 10 years in property management.
During her free time, Christine enjoys spending time with family and friends and can be found walking in the New Forest or on many of the coastal walks prevalent to the area. She is a keen volunteer supporting local charities and before Covid 19 enjoyed travelling to experience new cultures.
Sonja Nye – Property Administrator
Sonja has 23 years of administration experience, with previous roles within Property Conveyancing and Industrial Contracts. Sonja assists the Property Team with the running the property portfolios.
Sonja is married with one grown up daughter and three house cats.
Sonja enjoys reading, going for walks and spending time with her family and friends.

However, we appreciate that the level of property management required can vary from client to client, so we offer bespoke commercial and residential leasehold management services, tailored to each client’s individual needs.
Experience has shown that property investments are only as good as their occupying tenants, which is why we offer a flexible management service, to work around them and their businesses, understanding any problems they may encounter so we can react quickly and efficiently.
We’ll always read the contract small print too, reducing the likelihood of any unforeseen circumstances, offering the same level of high quality service whether you’re a freeholder or management committee.
