A well-established family run business, Arquero has been managing a portfolio of commercial and residential properties across the UK since 2009. Our philosophy has always been to offer clients a personal and professional property management service that caters for their needs.
With Arquero you won’t feel your property is being managed by a faceless corporation, we really get to know our clients, and where appropriate their tenants. Carrying out site visits and working proactively so you receive an altogether smoother management service.
Property Management team
Myra Davies – Managing Director
Myra began her career in property in 1989 but has focused on property management since 1995. She started Arquero Management in January 2009.
Myra studied Estate Management at Reading University from 2009-2013, whilst running the company, a home and her family. Myra gained a Certificate in Higher Education in Science and then achieved a First Class Honours Bachelor of Science. In August 2019, Myra qualified as an Associate of RICS.
Over the last 15 years, Myra has built a team who now manage a range of properties for clients; from light industrial estates and shopping parades to residential developments.
Myra is married with two adult children and two granddaughters. Myra actively supports Cancer Research UK and Macmillan Caring Locally. Myra faced one of her biggest fears when she abseiled Spinnaker Tower in Portsmouth for Macmillan Caring Locally.
Megan Davies – Office Manager
Megan has been part of the Arquero team since July 2019.
Megan attended Plymouth University between 2015-2018 where she gained a Bachelor of Arts with Honours. She then followed this with a year of study at Brighton University where she obtained a PGCE.
Megan manages the service charge accounts, assisting with setting budgets and concluding year end expenditure. Megan handles new client enquiries and assists our Managing Director.
Megan enjoys spending time with her young family. Megan actively supports a number of charities and did a skydive for Naomi House and Jacksplace.
Amber Colston – Property Assistant
Amber began her journey with the Arquero Team in October 2016. Amber manages the service charge accounts, assisting with setting budgets and concluding year end expenditure. Amber also handles new client enquires and manages all client compliance matrices.
Amber enjoys spending time with her family and watching films.
Sonja Nye – Property Administrator
Sonja has over 27 years administration experience, with previous roles within Property Conveyancing and Industrial Contracts.
Sonja assists the property team in dealing with leaseholder enquiries, putting together sales packs and maintaining client contracts.
Sonja is married with one grown up daughter and a house cat. Sonja enjoys reading, going for walks and spending time with her family and friends.
Kevin Bedding – Credit Control
Kevin has over 34 years experience in various financial industries.
Kevin manages sales invoicing and credit control, dealing with any day to day account queries.
Kevin enjoys watching sports, quiz nights and taking holidays with his family.
Katie Bryant – Administration Assistant
Katie has over 18 years of administration experience, with much of that in the insurance sector.
Katie works alongside Kevin, assisting with sales invoicing and day to day account queries. Katie also handles all insurance and utility renewals and handles insurance claims.
Katie enjoys spending time socialising with her family and friends.
Dani Wood – Administration Assistant
Dani has over 17 years customer service experience, with previous roles within the Residential Property Management Sector.
Dani assists the property team, specifically providing support to our Managing Director and Megan.
Dani enjoys spending time with her nieces, nephews and family pets.
Stevie Wood – Junior Admin Assistant
Stevie is the newest member of the Arquero team and working part time whilst studying at college.
Stevie enjoys spending time with her family and dog.
Property Facilities Team
Daryll Davies – Head of Property Management
Daryll has been part of the Arquero team since July 2009.
Daryll studied as a Surveying Technician at Reading University from 2016-2018 whilst working full-time at Arquero and raising his daughter. In December 2018, Daryll achieved distinction in his diploma and qualified as an Associate of RICS.
Over the last 15 years, Daryll has worked his way up through the company and now heads up the Facilities Maintenance Team. Daryll manages all major work programmes and deals with any complex property matters. Daryl continues to undertake property inspections.
Daryll is a single-parent to his young daughter and enjoys cooking with her. He is an avid amateur photographer who has been featured on BBC News.
Lewis Moore – Property Manager
Lewis joined the Arquero Team in June 2023. Lewis has extensive experience in dealing with reactive maintenance works and planned budgets. Lewis manages his own portfolio of properties, undertaking property inspections and dealing with both pre-planned and reactive maintenance projects.
Lewis enjoys playing pool and spending time with his family.
Chris Batty – Property Manager
Chris came to us with a wealth of experience in customer service and the built environment. Chris manages his own portfolio of properties, undertaking property inspections and dealing with both pre-planned and reactive maintenance projects.
Chris is a keen cyclist and enjoys playing in a county pool league. Chris also volunteers for a local charity supporting homeless people
Charlie Knowles – Maintenance Assistant
Charlie joined the Arquero team with experience in property maintenance. Charlie supports the facilities maintenance team, dealing with pre-planned and reactive maintenance.
Charlie enjoys spending time with his partner.
Keith Evans – Maintenance Assistant
Keith joined Arquero to assist with the growing client portfolio. Keith supports the facilities maintenance team, dealing with pre-planned and reactive maintenance.
Keith enjoys spending time with his family and DIY
Steph Bayliss – Maintenance Assistant
Steph joined Arquero in 2021 with 10 years Customer Service experience. After a short career break to look after her family, Steph is now back with the facilities maintenance team, dealing with pre-planned and reactive maintenance.
Steph enjoys exploring the local area with her family and dogs.

However, we appreciate that the level of property management required can vary from client to client, so we offer bespoke commercial and residential leasehold management services, tailored to each client’s individual needs.
Experience has shown that property investments are only as good as their occupying tenants, which is why we offer a flexible management service, to work around them and their businesses, understanding any problems they may encounter so we can react quickly and efficiently.
